The JP Poker Masters returns to the City West Hotel in Dublin from 11-12 April 2014 as part of the Norwegian Championships festival, which runs from 4-13 April.

More than 2000 players are expected to attend the festival, which includes 56 tournaments with buy-ins ranging from €60 to €2000.

Now in it’s seventh year, the €550 JP Poker Masters attracted 289 players last year and was won by Kai Gimre, who walked away with a cool €29,070.

Registration opens on Friday, 11 April, at 2pm for a 4pm start, with players starting with a 20k stack and blinds increasing every 45 minutes.

But you could qualify for as little as €50+€10 through the last of the satellites being held at the Village Green Card Club in Tallaght on Wednesday, 9 April, when three tickets to the main event are guaranteed.

The satellite starts at 8pm with six levels of 15-minute blinds followed by 20-minute blinds. The starting stack is 4,000 with a 2,000 early-bird bonus and one rebuy or top-up for €50 for 6,000 chips.
