It all stacks up for Super Seth at the Mint

Seth Senthilkumaran is the October 888 Super Stack Series champion, winning the title and £4,000 at the Genting Cromwell Mint in London from 24-26 October.

Just 28 players made it through the four opening flights to return for day two of the £150 + £15 event, competing for a prize pool of £12,750.

At the start of play Siavosh Mahdavi was the chip leader on 259,100, with Dan Trett on 227,800 in second spot, Sung Hee Yun with 163,400 in third, Ben Djarian on 158,500 next and Fahad Sheikh in fifth place with 124,900.

Of those Mahdavi and Djarian made the final 10, Djarian exiting in fifth for £950 and Mahdavi missing out on the heads-up duel after finishing in third place for £1,910.

Senthilkumaran beat Jenny Sherman for the title, Sherman scooping £2,500 as runner-up.

Short stack at the start of day two on 22,000, Denis Prickett finished in ninth place for £240 with Peter Drakeford collecting £390 for eighth and John Charalambos £520 for seventh. Jen Yue Chiang bagged £710 for sixth place and Richard Swerling collected £1,290 for fourth place.
